PIRKO and TAO are forming Tredu

Pirkanmaa Educational Consortium and Tampere College are uniting to become Tampere Vocational College in 1st of January 2013. The abbreviation to be used of this new organization is Tredu.

7,000 youngsters and 11,000 adult students will be studying in Tredu annually in tens of different vocational qualifications, as well as further qualifications, specialist’s qualifications and supplemental education.

The college has branches in Tampere, Ylöjärvi, Nokia, Kangasala, Lempäälä, Orivesi, Ikaalinen and Virrat. In addition cooperation includes operations with Municipalities of Pirkkala, Vesilahti, Akaa, Pälkäne and Ruovesi.

Until the opening on the new websites of Tredu one can familiarize with the educational offering and other activities in Pirkanmaa Educational Consortium and Tampere College websites.
